Uncovering WisdomWednesdays November 12th, 19th, 26th and December 3rd. In the meditative traditions of the east, Wisdom refers to our capacity to see, or experience what's called, "things as they are" (or Tathātā in Sanskrit). This capacity is both innate and requires some cultivation to bring it forth. In this 4 week course we will learn the meditation techniques and teachings that help us to uncover our innate capacity to experience “things as they are”, and to live in wisdom.
